Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be thrilled with your Dream tee - if you're not, we will be happy to offer a refund!


How to make a return? 


You can return or exchange your goods, with in 14 days of delivery. Please make sure that anything you would like to return is unused and in its original condition. Attached with a copy of your invoice, describing the issue.

When we have received your return, we will process your request within 14 working days. Please note that the returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your return recorded delivery via Royal Mail. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned to us. 

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit or debit card.

We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

What delivery option do you use?

We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded for all our deliveries.  

Do you ship Outside the UK?

Yes, simply select your shipping destination at the checkout. 

Can I have a different delivery address to my payment address?

We only dispatch to a 'confirmed' address i.e. your billing address. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Once any item has been dispatched to you, you will receive an email to the email address which was used to place the order. Please note we regularly dispatch items separately, but you will receive a separate dispatch email for each package sent. 

You will only ever be charged once for postage, no matter how many packages your order is split into. Any orders dispatched over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be collected by the Royal Mail until the next working day.

We will do our upmost to dispatch your items from your order as efficiently as possible.

What is the returns policy?

You can exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed items by mailing the item back to us within 14 days of purchase.
